Watson Ball Club Party
This past fall our daughter’s 1/2 birthday fell on the same week as my husband’s birthday and while we won’t do this every year, I wanted to make this year extra special. My husband is a huge baseball fan, he played in college, and already loved watching the season with our daughter any chance he got.
Usually you can only find boy themed baseball decorations but since we were celebrating him and her I created a custom Life Logo for the party. It turned out to be the perfect focal point for the occasion.
Since I was combining the traditional red, white and blue with pink for the party having the Life Logo already established really helped with making purchases that would create a cohesive look.
Since it was a small party with just cake and ice cream and only immediate family with some friends I tried some budget friendly options that you might be interested in trying as well.
Instead of ordering custom frosted flex cups (the traditional party cup option) I decided to create a sticker with the Life Logo and used standard clear plastic cups. The sticker held up well even with the drink sweating in the humidity! I also decided to add some custom flags to fun paper straws instead of ordering custom drink stirrers.
A party doesn’t have to be expensive and elaborate to be personalized!
